Flujos de trabajo dentro de un proyecto

Hola,

No me aparece el menú de flujos de trabajo dentro de mi proyecto, solo me deja trabajar con flujos de trabajo y esquemas de flujo de trabajo a nivel general.

Una vez en el proyecto si creo un tipo de incidencia me está vinculando por defecto un flujo de trabajo ya existente, sin darme posibilidad de asignarle uno nuevo.

¿Me pueden ayudar?

I have discovered what was happening.

I am working in the team-managed project mode, and it does not allow you to specifically access the workflows as it does in company-managed projects (even though you have access to workflow management in your project board, it redirects you to the general project settings instead of the workflow settings; from /setting/workflows to /settings/details).

To create a new workflow, you have to do the following:

1. Create the issue type

2. Edit the workflow of that issue type (by default it assigns the last workflow created)

3. Modify the workflow as considered and update

4. Deselect the previous issue type, leaving only the issue created in step 1

5. Click save button, and it will be linked as a new workflow

I hope this helps as it is the only way to create new workflows on an existing team-managed project.

¿Está trabajando con un proyecto gestionado por un equipo o un proyecto gestionado por la empresa? Esa información se mostrará en la parte inferior del panel de la izquierda.

 

Dependiendo del tipo de proyecto que esté utilizando, el método para asociar un tipo de problema con un flujo de trabajo o generar un nuevo flujo de trabajo es diferente.

Además, ¿eres solo un administrador de proyectos o también eres un administrador completo de Jira?

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the panel on the left.

Depending on the type of project you are using, the method to associate an issue type with a workflow or generate a new workflow is different.

Additionally, are you only a Project Administrator, or are you also a full Jira Administrator?

Workflows within a project

Hello,

The workflow menu does not appear within my project, it only lets me work with workflows and workflow schemes at a general level.

Once in the project, if I create a type of incident, it is linking me by default to an existing workflow, without giving me the possibility of assigning a new one.

Can you help me?
