how to create a filter for the issues who's the due date has been changed?

Hello,

Sadly History searches do not support the 'duedate' field. So cannot use the CHANGED operator here. For supported fields you need to add the CHANGED operator to the JQL as in the following exaple:

Find issue on project EMEA where the assignee has changed.

project = EMEA AND assignee CHANGED
