Greetings, for some reason, when users try to create issues for a project, the fields "assignee" and "reporter" don't show up unless you go to configure fields at the top right and check the boxes to make them appear. This is a big problem. Those fields should automatically display without having to select them.
Also, when I choose "Where is my field?", there are check marks by Field configuration, field screen, and assign issues permission, suggesting that the field has been configured properly with no errors. Can someone explain how to fix this?

If you go to the project settings-> screens, and then select the screen for the 'create' action, do you see the fields reporter and assignee? E.g.
And then when I create a ticket in this project I can see:
And if you add the fields to the screen, create the ticket, and try to create a new ticket, they don't show by default in the screen the second time?
