Export User Story-Sub-tasks with Status

How can I export a user story or Bug with related sub-tasks showing the Parent/child relationship?

I am looking for something out of the box or a free app

When you use the Better PDF Exporter app on any issue (including "Story" type issues) that has sub-tasks, you can:

1. either use the "PDF" export type which exports the list of sub-tasks with key, summary and the status
2. or use the "PDF (Detailed Sub-tasks)" export type which will export all the fields, comments, etc. of the story and its sub-tasks, as well

The app is free for 10 users!
