Export Jira project and import to another cloud account

Our client would like to maintain a copy of the issues from the project we collaborate on into their cloud account as a local copy for their use.  Is there a market place application that will export the project with comments, attachments, etc. from account to another?

This may  be more of a recurring process rather than a one time event.

If this is a recurring process, you may want to look into syncing apps. This marketplace search may be a good starting point for you to compare your requirements against the feature set offered at what cost.
