Am getting the attached error while moving the widgets around or changing the layout of a dashboard

Its 2024 and I am still facing this same issue, are you saying you have not been able to resolve this error for so long?

The issue that you are facing is a known bug regarding Service Desk gadgets. 

I see that your site had Service Desk and it was removed, so that might be the root cause.

• Rearrange gadgets or change dashboard layout is failing

Please, click on "This affects my team" and also watch to receive updates about the bug.

In case you can't remove the gadget, please ask your site administrator to contact our support on support.atlassian.com/contact for them to fix the issue.
