Epics in in Progress status without any User stories (no backlog)

Hi,

I need to create a filter with JQL, that will provide a list of Epics for which there is no backlog created.

I tried   IssueLinkType not in ()  phrase, but I do not know what I should put in the bracets to search for Epic to User story connection. 

I also used this issueFunction not in issuesInEpics() and I don't receive what I expected.

Please help me with that.
