E-mail when Cloud project name, key or lead is changed

Please, help me find the way to send E-mail notification when someone change Cloud project name, key or lead.

No, Jira does not trap project adminstration in a way that could be used to trigger the send of an email.  Notification emails are all based on issues, not admin.

The audit log does record those changes, but it's just recording them, there's no email functions for the audit logsging.
