Hello @paul kue

Can you confirm for us the type of project with which you are working? You can find that information in the Type column on the View All Issue page under the Projects menu.

You have posted your question in the forum for Jira Work Management, but your image looks like the Backlog screen from a Scrum board, which is a Jira Software feature.

Also, based on your image, you are showing us a sprint that has not been started.

For a Software project Scrum board, issues that are in the Statuses mapped to the right-most column of your board will not show in future Sprints (sprints that have not been started), nor in the Backlog issue list.

Issues in the statuses mapped to the right-most column of your board are considered "complete". Issue that are "complete" have no work remaining to be done. Only issues that have work remaining to be done will be shown in the Backlog issues list and in future sprints.

Issues for which the work is "complete" do not need to be in the Backlog or in future sprints because there is no remaining work to do. They don't need to be part of any future sprint.
