Does anyone else experience issues with loading tickets in JIRA cloud?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Since about an hour all newly created tickets are not being loaded properly with left JIRA panel blocking the view.
Issue occurs across all browsers and for teams in various locations.
