Deactivate for example Hipchat advertisement

Hi All,

Is it possible to deactivate the advertisements for software, we dont provide for our users?

I have attached a screenshot of an example.

It is not cool, that our users get suggestions/ advertisement of software and packages, we dont have in our Atlassian licenses.
