Dashboard Gadget Error

Hello Team,

We are getting an error as "This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard"

I have attached the error screenshot for your perusal.

Please advise to fix the issue.

Hi @Malisha Thapa welcome to the Atlassian community.

• Please check if the gadget license has expired or is not configured properly.
• Compatibility with your current version of Jira Software.
• If you are the admin, you may check the logs for more details.
• Try uninstalling/ remove and readd the gadget.

If you have already followed the above steps, than the only option I suggest is to contact that gadget support team.

Hi @Malisha Thapa,

Are these gadgets from a Jira plugin or are they Jira native gadgets?

If they are from a plugin, please check if the plugin is still installed and enabled (Jira Administration > Apps > Manage Apps).
