Having Atlassian access, is it possible to send an customized mail to the users added to the Atlassian products (Jira/confluence) via Atlassian Access?

You can customize Jira's built-in email notifications for various events such as issue updates, issue transitions, and so on. This way, you can control what information is included in the email and how it is formatted. Also, you can go for either automation to customize or even look for marketplace custom email add ons.
