In JIRA work management is it possible to provide access to the customer like similar to JIRA Service management.
Like having a separate portal or customer view, or adding customers or adding an organization.

There is no portal concept in JWM. If your goal is to provide access to your customers to a project in order to create tickets there are two options: give them access to your project by licensing them or have them use email to create tickets. Obviously the later doesn't give them any access to view their issues collectively as in the application or portal. I guess the other option would be to look in the marketplace to see if for some option.
Hi, @Gowthaman Ravi
With the Customer Case for Jira app you can create a forum for any Jira project type. It can be a portal for your external clients where they can submit their issues or ideas and vote for them. A forum can be public (visible to everybody), private (restricted for specific email addresses or domains, for example, for your internal needs), or you can set it up as a support service just as JSM(private communication with a support assistant). A forum is mapped to a relevant Jira project, and all the requests created on the forum automatically get to this Jira project.

Thank you for your comment on my query.
Seems the app will be helpful. Will give it a try.
