Hello, Jira Community!
Has anyone ever used a JIRA project to track customer product subscriptions and billing? We'd like to create a project to capture all of the subscription details (Start Date, Terms, Billing Frequency, Contract Length, etc) then use this detail in conjunction with usage data to determine what is due and when per customer.
Any thoughts, experiences, and insights would be greatly appreciated.
