When I try to create a new jira server instance the wizard of the installation shows 503 error page; I reviewed the steps to configure after that even the browser displays the data sql configuration but a few seconds after displays 503 error

Hi @Infofredverifica ,

 

Can you please post the screenshot, it will be helpful for us to debug further. Also do the following things before posting screenshot(it is not mandatory, it will give us clear picture about the issue)

  • Open "inspect element" in browser
  • Go to network tab in "inspect element".
  • Now make the same request
  • Take a screenshot then hide your person details
  • Then post your screenshot here.
