Create a report of all the developers vs Issue History

Hi,

I need to create a report, where the developer (assignee) is changed after the Issue is Ready to Build, however I need to capture that as well and be able to report it as work done. The Assignee was filter gives me the information, However, I cannot capture it as count in Dashboard.

Can I clarify, you need a Dashboard which highlights if the Assignee was changed between "Ready to Build" and "Done"?

If yes - you need a field to visualise on the Dashboard or filter the Dashboard on. You'd have to create this metadata as part of the Issue's journey to Done.

I would...

* Create a Custom Field (not on the Screen) - eg.* Select List (single choice) - Yes/No
* Number Field
* ...etc

* Use Automation to populate the field - eg.* Select List - Set to Yes if Assignee is modified
* Number Field - Count up +1 if Assignee is modified

* Use this field in the Dashboard
