Create Tempo Customer automatically

Hi Team,

We have a requirement like a user will create a request from the JSD portal with Customer Name and Key. After submitting the request automatically it should create the customer in Tempo.

 Anybody has gone through this Or any references (tempo REST API, script code) will be fine.
