Configure xray jira

Hi, I am trying to integrate xray to jira, when I try to configure it it does not allow me to validate test, test set, precondition, test plan, etc. I saw tutorials but the same configuration options don't appear . I don't know if this is the right place to ask this. greetings

Hi @Agustin Casenave , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question!

If it is true that you are on a free plan, it might be that there are some restrictions in the app about what is possible to do.

You can always write to the vendor if you have questions - Xray Test Management for Jira | Atlassian Marketplace. In my experience, they are normally helpful and responsive.

Yes, I am using the free plan. I am new at this. Is there a way to create test cases only with jira or with some other free tool? Thank you very much for your answer.
