Complete sprint option is disabled even after having admin and sprint manager access

 

please advise

Hi @noorani Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Might be you don't have Manage Sprint permission to all the projects, which are in scrum board. 

How many projects are added in Scrum Board ? 

Hover over a Complete Sprint button, you will see root cause/error message.
