Comment visibility not loading

Comment visibility not loading

Is this a known bug for anyone else? Or any suggestions? I am trying to restrict the comment visibility when this comment is added, but it is stuck in this loading state... been like this for 5 minutes Screen Shot 2022-09-09 at 9.55.56 AM.png

Is this feature provided by a third part app? I never saw that panel.
