Close sprint doesn't work

Hi,

When we want to close a sprint, Done tickets are not taken into consideration and the system offers to move them to the backlog.

The two issues that considered done is in status "Cancelled" not "Done".

Any help please?

I would guess that only one of those two status are in the last column on your board. Reconfigure the board so that both are in the last column and try again.

Hi,

When i close Sprint, JIRA mark the issue, and this is exclude in backlog view. Which is the field used to exclude issue on the backlog view?
