Cant delete a project from Trash

I have moved an exemplary task into out cloud Jira, Now I need to erase the venture so I can rehash the relocation. I erase the venture and it goes to Trash. I attempt to eliminate it for all time and I get a message something turned out badly - attempt once more. Attempted commonly with a similar outcome....
