Good morning,
I haven't logged into my JIRA account for awhile. I have a JIRA account (I thought) where I am also paying for a plug-in. When I try to go to my bookmarked page, I keep getting taken to a page that says I already requested access.
If I try to login, I am put into some type of Teams page with only access to Trello. Can someone help me get to my paid account?

By "account" do you mean a site, like https://something.atlassian.net ?
Were you paying for the Atlassian product, not just for the third party app/plugin?
If you were not paying for the Atlassian product itself, how long has it been since you accessed it? A product under a Free subscription that is inactive for an extended period of time may be deactivate by Atlassian, with appropriate working emails being sent to the Technical and Billing contacts first.
Are you the Organization Admin, Technical Contact, or Billing Contact/Admin for the account you are trying to reach?
If you are you should be able to confirm that the site and Atlassian product subscription are still active by going to https://admin.atlassian.com .
If you do not have access to the Admin hub, you will need to reach out to the folks who have been administering the site/product subscription to get more information about how you can regain access.
