Can you display an OR of 2 or more quick filters?

We have a quick filter set up to display tickets for each of scrum teams. When I click two filters, I get no tickets since the results is an AND of the two filters. Is there any way to display an OR of two quick filters without creating a new filter? There would simply be too many permutations to create all the OR versions we'd need.

No, the quick filters are intended to be "and" as they're for drilling down into the board (Or wouldn't help with that)
