Hi @shiva ,
Although your question is not much clear, but if you want to add the new values to resolution field you can go to Administration (Cog icon)->Issues->select resolutions where you will be able to see existing resolutions and below existing resolutions, you will find the 'Add new Resolution' option.
I hope it will help you.
For adding new values to resolution field, refer to the instructions in https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/defining-resolution-field-values-938847105.html

Hi @shiva
Can you explain you question in detail?
Are you looking to add additional option to the resolution field or create a new custom field with a specific behaviour of system field resolution?
If it a new field, what is the purpose?

Hi @shiva
The answer is no you cannot create a new resolution field as this is a system field with specific special attributes given to it.
You can however create a custom field named resolution and use this in your project. The problem however is that JIRA would not consider issues using this field resolved which could skew your reports.
Regards.
