Can't see kanban boart

Can't see kanban boart

For some reason I can't see my Kanban board. It seems that it just doesn't download on the page. what could be the reason.This issue is similar on all projects.

This might be a connection or server issue. Try clearing your browser of cache and cookies. Also make sure tiyr Javascript is enabled.

yes. it worked in other browser.
it even works in Chrome on another device

@Oleg K Try to inspect network in browser to find the issue. I suggest you to submit a request with Atlassian support to check this issue. I have never faced such issue in my cloud instance.
