Can't change color in Scrum board

Question

I have tried the steps that Jira provides for changing the colors of my board, but I don't have the option to start with.

I am using a Scrum board and for my Marketing board the color was available. - but not for the Scrum one. I can't change it in the current sprint screen either.

I am the admin of the account (the only user) so the option should be available.

Did anyone find out a solution for this?

Hi @Patricia Cosma -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What type of project are you using, company-managed or team-managed?  You may find that information at the lower-left side of the page expanding area.

Company-managed projects can set the card colors.  Team-managed cannot do this yet, and here is a suggestion to add that feature: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17277
