Can I start building workflows and pages in the the free version and upgrade later

Hi, I would like to know if I can start off using JIRA free version to build workflows and set up pages, issues etc. and once I identify the number of users in my company, upgrade to the standard version WITHOUT losing all my settings I did in the free version?

Yes, you can simply do an upgrade to your existing instance.
