Can I create alerts when tickets are within a column for more than 4 days

Hi,

I team I work with currently work in Kanban framework. Our Board high-lights red dots when tickets say in a column move 4 days can we create email alerts? or slack notifications?

Dear @Sian Snook ,

  1. create a new filter eg. "project = ABC AND status changed before -4d and status was "In Progress" and status = "In Progress"
  2. save the filter (button: save as) as "Alerts too long IN PROGRESS"
  3. press the link Details next to the filter name
  4. Select "New Subscription"
  5. Now configure when you would like to get notifications
