Cómo sumar el tiempo de las subtareas al total del resumen superior y al asignado a cada ususario

Me refiero a este resumen de horas:

Actualmente únicamente veo el tiempo empleado en las tareas o historias de usuario, pero no incluye el tiempo de las subtareas.

You can role hours up per issue but not by user on an issue.  You can create a filter and use dashboards to role information like this up and see it on the dashboard.  If you need additional information I would suggest looking at some of the time tracking apps in marketplace.
