Hola @Claudia Serrano Rojas ,

Hello,
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
The Epic should be removed from the Epics panel when the Epic and all its child issues are assigned to a green (Done category) status. If the Epic is assigned to the Cancelled status and all of its child issues are also assigned to a green status, then the Epic should be removed from the panel.
Are all the child issues of the Epic assigned a green status?
How to remove finished epics from the epic panel
Hello, I hope you can support me.
I have two different DONE statuses, one called DONE and the other CANCELED, but when I set the epic to DONE it does not disappear from the epics panel for some tickets that I have Cancelled. How can I make my Epic disappear. There seems to be a conflict between these two statuses.
This is my workflow and it is useful for me to have the canceled tickets to keep track. But the epic panel only disappears when I put all the tickets in DONE. What can I do to keep my Canceled status and have the epic disappear from the panel when I have completed it?
Hey Trudy, thanks for the quick response.
Indeed, all the children of the epic are already complete, some with CANCELLED status and others with DONE status. The issue is that if I have both statuses, it is the same epic, obviously assigned to a different child. When I finish or set DONE, the epic appears on the panel. It disappears when I put all the statuses of the epic's children to DONE.
It seems like a bug because both statuses should mean finished, but apparently, they don't; that's why I want to know how to solve this issue.
What can I do to solve this issue?

How are your Canceled and Done statuses mapped to columns? Does each status have its own column? If so, is it acceptable for your process to combine them into one column?
Based on my experiments, if you have the two statuses in separate columns then all the child issues of the Epic must be in the column farthest to the right in order for the Epic to be removed from the panel. If you map both statuses to that one column, then you can have your Epic and all child stories in any combination of those two statuses and the Epic will be removed from the panel.

That's right Trudy, each status has its own Column, and if it is acceptable in my process to be able to have both statuses, it is one column, but the question is, how can I change interchangeably between Canceled and DONE in the same column? How can I do that? so that some tickets have DONE status and my Tickets that no longer apply are set to CANCELLED

I'm not sure what you mean by change interchangeably between the two statuses in the same column.
The column will display all the issues in both statuses.
When you drag a card to that column you will see an area highlighted in that column for each status. Drop the card on the area for the new status you want to assign to the card. Or, when viewing the individual issue details you can click on the status button and select either of the statuses.
This requires that there be a valid transitions from the status the issue is currently in and the statuses in the column, just like any other transition.
