Board is not appearing

We had a board for our team. Suddenly the board is disappeared and getting this message.
I am the admin but not sure what to do.

At the "Board" dropdown on left pane under "Planning" it says" We are having trouble connecting to your board.  Try Again . Clicking on try again nothing happens.

The issue I have is:
This Jira subscription is deactivated. 
Contact us for help.
I have sent them the request to activate the subscription but no avail so far.
I have extended my trial period.
I am in standard plan and my current active users are 10.

Hi @Alok Sharma and welcome to the Community!

The message suggests that you are not logged into Jira or at least not with a valid license. I would first of all recommend you to (log off and) log into Jira to make sure there's no issue there. If you are the admin for your site, check your product access in your site's user management.
