Board and backlog in JIRA keep on loading

No active incident is being reported, according to https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/

I'm also not seeing an issue on my instance. I'd check...

* Is this happening for all boards/projects, or just this one?
* If there are other users on the instance, is it happening for them?
* Can you refresh your internet connection - if your connection is running slow, so can Jira? Perhaps try from your mobile hotspot?
* Try a different browser, and see if it remains a problem
* The Board isn't too full. Sometimes if a Board contains a huge number of issues (1000s) it can run slow. Is this the case for you? If it is, try creating another board with a filtered list of issues, and see if the problem persists.
