Best Practice to host and install both Jira Software Datacenter & JSM Datacenter

Dear Community - We are planning to host both solutions:

1. Jira Software Datacenter.
2. Jira Service Management Datacenter.

I'm seeking an official guide or best practice to follow especially to optimize HW/ Infra costing.

Atlassian has recommendations for DC installation, but everything depends from workload (configuration for 100 active users or 10000+ users differs).
