Basic API Rest No funciona - Bearer no reconoce el usuario

Buen día
Dado que la autenticación Basic no funciona.... he intentado con la autenticación Bearer o por Token, sin embargo me ejecuta las peticiones como si fuera el administrador, es decir no me reconoce el usuario. ¿Qué puedo hacer?
