Hi, I would like to get help doing this as I dont find any way in JIRA to do this via automation.

What I want is that when the stakeholder creates an issue in the project A the automation creates a new issue in project B and links it to project A and copy some fields from project A to B, this ive done it already and there is no problem.

Now what im having trouble with: I want the ticket created in project B to create a new issue on project C and be able to copy the fields from project B to C and link the issue from project B to C

Is this possible? Im not finding any way to do this

Thx

Hi @David López

I would simply create a second rule for Project C. That rule needs to be allowed to be triggered by other rule (in Rule Details).

Trigger: Issue created
Condition: Project C

The rest should be the same as the first rule I guess?

Just keep the Automation rule execution limit in mind.
