Automating the Creation of a confluence space when a issue gets created

Hello,

we have our jira, confluence  (DC) integrated. we are trying to automate the confluence space creation using a workflow post-function. if a user submit a request by adding data in  custom fields (space name, space lead, space type), jira workflow post function should take the field data and create a space and comment the space link. 

if anyone provide solution for this, that would be great.
