Automatic adjust dates of Linked Issues

I am trying to get Start and End Dates to automatically adjust if the issue completes early or late it will adjust all remaining dependencies accordingly

As a disclosure, I am using Cloud and not the Server version of Jira...

* What problem are you trying to solve and why?
* What have you tried thus far?
* When you note Start and End Date, do you mean the Start Date and Due Date fields in issues?
* When an issue starts before the Start Date, what should happen?
* When an issue completes before the Due Date, what should happen?
* When an issue is still in progress after the Due Date, what should happen?
* When an issue completes after the Due Date, what should happen?
* What issue types are you using with these dates, and how do they impact/reflect any parent and child issue types?
* How are you representing "dependency" between issues?
* What addon tools do you have (if any) from the marketplace?
