my company setup a sandbox for me to try this add-on, I can create the subtask template for one of my issue types. But the subtasks never get added to the story. Their documentation does not indicate anything on the trial period.

Hi @Suzanne Bonniwell , I am not familiar with this addon but wanted to inquire about your requirements and whether or not you have considered the built in Automation.
