App manager issue after upgrading a Trial license to commercial

Hi all, we evaluated for a month a JIRA CORE 8.10.0 server application, with 2 Apps.

Now we bought a Commercial license for the application and the 2 apps but, after successfully upgrading JIRA CORE server to the Commercial license, the App manager is no more showing the installed apps.

The apps are still running but I need to upgrade their licenses, too.

Any clue?

PS: the same is happening to Confluence server: after upgrading the license also the Confluence plug-in manager has the same issue as the JIRA core.

Hi all, the issue was due to a weird Chrome (v81) bug.

In fact, after reinstalling an upgraded version (v84) of the browser, the UPM went back online and fully operational.
