All sub-tasks closed condition met, but Done option not available

We have a workflow condition where all sub-tasks must be Done before we can set a ticket to Done.

However, when all of our sub-tasks are set to Done, we do not have the Done option for the ticket.

This workflow condition has been working for many years without issue, but in the last few weeks, this situation has happened a few times. We have tried setting the subtasks to other statuses and back to Done as well as setting all of the sub-tasks to Done using a bulk edit. Neither has worked.

Please let us know what other options we have to try to get a Done option in the status menu. Thank you

Looking at your image, it appears there are also validators for that transition.  Have you checked those?

The Validator conditions have all been met. But even if not, the lack of satisfying a Validator condition haas never prevented the Done status from showing up in the Status dropdown. Only the Condition does.

Thanks for that information.  I wondered if you had a marketplace addon which might be influencing the behavior of the validators.

I took a quick look in the public backlog and did not see this symptom for any defects.

Was the subtask transitioned to done on the parent issue view (that is, while the view was showing)?  In that case I wonder if this is a page update issue, and if a browser page refresh would clear the issue.
