Adding/deleting remote Links wouldn't trigger a webhook-Call - any suggestions to deal with?

Hello,

I want Jira to interact with another web application.

The way we chosen was the Jira REST-API and the 'Jira Webhooks' as a way back.
We wanted to use the "Web Link" Jira supports for each issue. But Jira seems not to fire a webhook trigger, if such a link is created or deleted :(

If I create a link between Jira-Issues an event of type issuelink_created is triggered. But if I create a link to an external URL nothing happens :(

Is there a way to deal with that? Like adding a generic event...?
I would be grateful for any ideas.

I have now found a solution by myself:

There is an addon named Issue Linked Event for Jira, which creates specific new jira internal events 'Issue Link Created' and 'Issue Link Deleted'. Unfortunately the webhook is NOT called automatically...

Those events I catched with an "Script Runner Custom Listener" and called the Webhook within groovy implementation.
