It would be great if I could get an answer to this issue. I just can't see what is the problem.
I copied an active workflow named KATB Customer Project Default Workflow 3 and named it KATB Customer Project Default Workflow 4 .
Subsquently I worked on this inactive workflow and wanted to integrate it in the workflow scheme. But it does not show up when I click Add Workflow
What have I been missing? Thank you.
Hi Anette,
The active/inactive thing is irrelevance, it's not a setting, it is just a way to tell us humans that the workflow is not in use.
Are you sure of the new name? It's not still prefixed with "copy of"?
