Welcome to the community.

Kanban board in Jira displays the issues based on the filter configured on the board.

To add Jira projects on existing Kanban board, you need to update the filter applied on Kanban board.

You would need verify two conditions basically to modify the filter on board:

• Board Admin
• Owner of the Filter

If you are an Administrator of the board, you should be able to click in the Saved Filter field on the General Settings for that board, and change which filter is used by the board.

@Deepak Jain I'm facing a similar issue. I want to add an existing project to my personal board. I've added it to the filters, but the tasks are not populating on my personal board. When I create a new board with the filter, the new project is there. But I don't want to create a new board every time I want to add a project.

Hi @Akhil Jacob ,

There could be two reason:

• Check if you have configured sub-filter on your board, sometime that restrict the issues. And make sure sure board filter is displaying issues on "Issue Navigator".
• Check if workflow status are mapped with columns in board configuration. There should not be un-mapped status.
