Activity Stream in Jira

Cee Kay August 4, 2023

Hey folks I'm trying to build out an activity stream in Jira. I can most things to work, but I'd like some advice on intering specific Jira issues. When you enter Jira Key Is__ - __ can you simply enter the Jira ID with a space or a comma to enter multiple issues that you want to appear in the feed?

@Cee Kay welcome to the Atlassian community

The activity stream gadget allows you to filter on a specific issue key (example KEY-253).  This activity stream would just show activity for that issue.  You can not add multiple keys by separating them with a comma.

Ok so then how could I add multiple issue key's?  The issue is, I have several lists of issues which need to be watched but none of them are related or have common linkings, they are random issues that someone needs to see represented under 1 persons work list.

@Cee Kay You will not be able to use the activity stream gadget for this.  You can create filters and then use that with other gadgets to help monitor issues.  It would not be a stream of activity but you could monitor status or other details.

Thank you Brant, you confirmed what I've found so far.
