Would it be possible to create a custom mail handler through API, who can create issues in differents projects in Jira through email? Please email me if there is any possibility. My email-id has given below.

Look at the add-on Jira Enterprise Email Handler.

While it is a little complicated tyo set up, it has lots of options for creating and controlling issues via email.

Email this issue is perhaps another option, though I have less experience with it.
