Hi,

Do you mean you want issues that fail the review status should have an option for reject?

If yes, you need to:

Have a reject transition in your workflow.
Add a screen to the transition that contains the resolution field where the users can mark the issue as rejected or won't do resolutions.

This is the quickest option that comes to mind.
