i  just created a project where users log issues,is there a check box or some thing where users can create issues issues under a sub directory which can  distinguish between issues opened from first testing and the nest .

Jira doesn't have sub-directories, and I'm not sure what you mean by "first testing and the nest"

Could you explain what add-on you are using for the testing?
