We are trying to create a repot, however it seems not to be possible to get some info in it. In our case:
1. number of requested types vs other types
2. SLA reached / breached
3. date of created until resolved (minus time "in pause') according to the actual SLA's.
Anyone having solutions to those aspects?

I guess you are using Jira Service Desk. Number 1 and 2 can be done with Jira Service Desk reports.

Create a new custom report with two serials. The first one for Request and the second one for the other issue type.SLA reached / breached
Create a new custom report with two serial. The fist the SLA met and the second with the SLA breached.The third one I don't know how to do it out-of-the-box. Maybe using a calculated custom field or advanced apps such as EazyBI.
